Detailed Problem Description

1. When we look into the below screenshot from NEP for Material 10661798 and Delivery 81849169, the Grid Value SM has Quantity 664:

2. But when we look into the shipped report SH100 for Sales Order 1727068, Material 10661798 and Delivery 81849169 the Grid Value SM has Quantity 0:

3. The Quantity for Grid value SM is missing in the report which is incorrect and need to be fixed.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Initially for sales order 1727068 a delivery 81849169 was created with Grid Value SM = 664 EA.
2. For the same order another delivery 81854228 with Grid Value SM = 7 was created later and was deleted due to which in DSO, it caused the Actual Goods issue date to be overwritten with blank value.
3. Since the Actual goods issue date is blank, for Grid value SM it is showing the quantity as 0 because data is fetched into the report based on Actual Goods issue date.
4. This issue still persists but in Shipped report we fetch the data for the last 60 days based on Requested delivery date(0REQ_DATE) & Actual goods issue date(0ACT_GI_DATE).
5. For the above sales order the requested delivery date & Actual goods issued date are greater than 60 days, so it will not fetch the data in SH100 report.

Resolution

Doing a Full load for the above sales order in BW will fix the issue permanently and this was acheived.
